Instead of trying to get your lender to modify your loan so that it works for you, we'll just purchase the note and modify it ourselves.

      We offer a solution to the homeowners dilemma, of owing more money on their mortgage than what the current market value on their home is. Our most popular program is the "Fresh Start 2".
      This is a REFINANCE program where the home is owner occupied, they owe more than what the house is worth and they're behind in payments. These are considered non performing notes and what we do is negotiate with your lenders to purchase these notes at a discount and pass these savings onto the homeowners.
      The is win win situation for all. Your lender gets a non performing note off their books and they get money for this non performing note. The homeowners get a new loan with a lower principle.
      We also have programs for homeowners who're upside down on their loan but current with their payments and for homeowners who have investment properties or 2nd homes but owe more than what the current market value is. Let's face it, for those of you in this latter group there are no programs for you anywhere else. Your lender is more apt to tell you to sell all your extra homes before they'll work with you on your primary residence.
      Your lender or bank is in the business of making money, not in the business of helping families with a REAL solution. They will make sure that their decisions are what is BEST for them and their investors, not what is in the best interest of the homeowner.
